EDAS is not being used for collection of the Final Papers. You will be using IEEE Conference eXpress
to upload your source file for conversion to an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF.

|Page Limit 6 pages, over length charges papers that are longer than 6 pages
|Over Length Paper Form complete the form and submit it with your payment by 15 February 2006|

IEEE COMSOC POLICY: all accepted WCNC 2006 paper presenters must register at the appropriate FULL Member or Non-Member rate. For authors presenting multiple papers one full registration is valid for up to three papers.
STUDENT TRAVEL GRANTS
A limited number of Student Travel Grants are available for highly qualified individuals. Deadline for grant submission is 30 January 2006. ENTRY INTO THE US - VISA ASSISTANCE
Authors from countries outside of the US are encouraged to apply for a VISA as early as possible. Click on the Visa Information tab for further information and to request a VISA assistance letter.
Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal appearance interview is required as a standard part of visa processing. Additionally, applicants affected by these procedures are informed of the need for additional screening at the time they submit their applications and are being advised to expect delays. See the information in the Visa Information section of the Web site for more information
